Adnan Khan, MD is an Associate Professor (Health Sciences) at the University of California San Diego. He is currently the Associate Medical Director of the Kidney Transplant Program and also the Medical Director of Transplant Clinics at Chancellor Park.
Dr. Khan completed his fellowship in transplant nephrology at Stanford University School of Medicine and his nephrology fellowship at LA County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. He did a residency in Internal medicine and Pediatrics at St. Louis University School of Medicine, where he was also the chief resident.
He earned his medical degree (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from Deccan College of Medical Sciences in India. Dr. Khan is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Khan is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation and American Society of Transplantation. He is also a fellow of the American Society of Nephrology (FASN) and the National Kidney Foundation (FNKF).
