Dr. Caroline (Carrie) Jadlowiec completed her Abdominal Transplant fellowship at Mayo Clinic Minnesota. After finishing her fellowship, she joined the Mayo Clinic Arizona transplant team in 2017. She is a liver, kidney and pancreas transplant surgeon as well as a living donor surgeon. She is the surgical director for the living donor kidney program as well as the team lead for the living donor paired exchange program. Dr. Jadlowiec currently serves as the Region 5 OPTN regional representative for the Kidney Transplantation Committee and is also a medical board member for the National Kidney Registry. Her research has focused on clinical outcomes specific to the use of organs at increased risk for discard and maximizing opportunities for successful transplants, including living donor paired exchange.
