After Completing medical school in Costa Rica and Internal Medicine Residency at Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Henao went to the University of Colorado in Aurora, CO were he underwent fellowship training in Infectious disease and Transplant Infectious diseases. His interests include caring for the immunosuppressed host, addressing disparities in healthcare and culturally competent care.
