Dr. Juliano Offerni earned his medical degree from the Federal University of Sao Paulo-Brazil- in 2004. Upon concluding his graduate studies, he was accepted into the general surgery residency in 2005 at the Federal University of Sao Paulo. Subsequently, Dr. Offerni completed his Urology residency at the same University and became a fellow of the Brazilian Urology Society in 2010.Dr. Offerni joined the Division of Urology in 2011 at the Federal University of Sao Paulo as a staff deployed to practice Urology/Transplantation at Hospital do Rim. Although all exerted activities fulfilled the desired surgical skills that Dr. Offerni pursued, the eagerness to continue learning and the lack of fulfillment in the research area drove him to Canada. He started a kidney/pancreas fellowship at Western University- Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. Continuing his academic life, Dr. Offerni started a new journey at the University of Manitoba as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery/ Urology division. Dr. Offerni also became a member of the Manitoba Kidney transplant program.
