Maja Marinkovic

Bio Dr. Maja Marinkovic Dr. Maja Marinkovic is a Pediatric Endocrinologist and Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She received her medical degree from the University of Belgrade, Serbia. Dr. Marinkovic completed the Pediatric Residency program at the University of South Florida and the Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship at the University of California, San Diego. She has been a UCSD faculty member since 2009. Dr. Marinkovic manages a variety of endocrine conditions but has a particular interest in the healthcare of transgender and non-binary youth. She is a founder and Medical Co-director of the Center for Gender Affirming Care at Rady Children's Hospital. She enjoys teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. In her spare time she is with family and friends; enjoys traveling, gardening and chocolate.
