Matthew Ellis P.E.

Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Matt attended and received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 1983 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado. Matt has been employed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers since 1983.  He began employment under the Department of the Army Intern Program and upon completion of the program took a permanent position with the Omaha District, Rocky Mountain Area in Colorado Springs, CO.  Matt is presently the Resident Engineer at the Fort Carson Restationing Resident Office where the office is providing design and construction Management for the MT program that is estimated at $1.5 Billion in design and construction of facilities for the Fort Carson MT Program.  The facilities include barracks, DFAC’s, Headquarters, Gyms, COF’s, TEMF’s as well as significant infrastructure and hardstands for three Brigades and Division Personnel.
