Michelle Gabriel is a curious nurse that has a passion for Nephrology Nursing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Health Sciences Education. In her 23 years of experience she has worked with both paediatric and adult populations in the areas of peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis and multi organ transplant. Her previous experience includes being a Pre Transplant Coordinator, Clinical Nurse Educator and is currently the Clinical Leader Manager for the Inpatient and Ambulatory clinics for Kidney Transplant/Nephrology and Urology at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, Canada.
