Dr. Ngoc-Yen Pham attended the Wegmans School of Pharmacy in Rochester NY where she completed her PharmD in 2018. She then completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of New Mexico Hospitals followed by a PGY2 in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency with the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy. She is currently practicing as a Pharmacist Clinician at the University of New Mexico Hospitals with a focus in diabetes and cardiovascular risk reduction in the CKD and transplant population.
