Dr. Sara Sterling is a board-certified Solid Organ Transplant Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at VCU Health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2014 from the University of Florida and her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2018 from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Florida in 2019 and then went on to complete her PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2020. She has been with VCU Health since August 2020 and works with kidney, liver, and heart transplant patients in both the inpatient and outpatient practice settings.
